  I had been trying to roto-till and the soil had been too wet.  This causes it to clump up and clog the blades.  I was clearing the blade housing out when they took me by surprise again.  It was after all a rather foggy morning and the sun had been waging another losing battle, I think it was raining but I couldn't really tell.  Well I nearly had a fit, the Thugoninite I knew as Microwave Boy pathed a gotcha right in to my brain. It started rattling off a list right away, and it became clear after I regained my composure, they had come shopping.  The wheels began to turn in my head and I devised a scheme to become the sole retail outlet for the creatures.  Well actually, I had a little more than a year to come up with it. After they had left I realized that may be they had gotten a better deal than I thought.  I pledged to myself that if the Thurgonards ever came again I wouldn't be such a sucker.  Microwave boy played right into my hands.

 Lucky sat in the shade of the mother rig, ignoring what Wade was saying, the usual. Trying not think about the other voice he had heard, or received, or sensed, or hallucinated (did I take any thing?), or could be his infection was hacked (unheard of), could be wide gamut perception (not supposed to gifted), or be it his other personalities finally breaking through, (never met them).  Then something unusual happened.  Uncalled for, the old map of his current location faded on, a graphic glowed in red; "'thermos plus pipeline equals hazard symbol'  what?, I've got to get out of here".

The genius of ignorance

  The form of focused S-Foof that Lucky is working with, is contained in a vessel that has been developed at a high cost in terms of human life and property; and the fact that Lucky had no idea he was on a testing run - to find out - if in fact - any part of the preconceived plan could be carried out; couldn't have been known to anyone in higher levels of the resistance.  So by a necessity dictated by the rules of the instruction manual,  " How to Plan and Operate a Parallel enigmatic cellular insurgency"; almost everybody and every thing, that's involved in the insurgency; and a partisan of the resistance, is completely ignorant of the other aspects of the organization, and it's operation.  In some cases the partizan involved has no idea that they are part of the resistance, and manipulated into action by secondary contacts, and of course through hacking their infection.

Clearing the air

   According to Wikipedia, - { Foof or Dioxgen difluoride is a compound with the formula O2F2. It exists as an orange solid that melts into a red liquid at −163 °C[1] It is a strong oxidant and decomposes into OF2 and oxygen even at −160 °C (4% per day)} - .  Clearly it's a very reactive compound and the list of people and places killed and poisoned in the development of the "focused S-FOOF" device is a lengthy one.  In fact  the development of focused S-FOOF has flayed open the existence of the resistance to the intelligence division at M - corporation, by a chain of exothermal events that have formed a regular pattern.  Each individual explosion, implosion, or uncontrolled reaction, doesn't seem to be out of the ordinary, and are explained away in a verified manor, as industrial accidents.  but when grouped together, form a timeline that point to the development of some nastiness by the NDM.    
  M - Corp agents investigative field work is carry out on a superficial level, and the information is usually gleaned through obituary listings of chemist, applied scientist, theoretical engineers; and local reports of mysterious subsonic audio booms, tremors, and hypersonic tones of varying frequency.  The relative ease of gathering that data have lead M - Corp's deep cover agents to gain no real covert investigative experience, and they have missed out on most of the more important aspects the the resistance ties to the NDM, even to the point of not comprehending the importance of a very useful field manual and discarding it

Conspiracy

   For some time now I've had this itching suspicion that a conspiracy was afoot.  Couldn't put my finger on just exactly what the evidence was pointing to, but it has to be galactic in scale, maybe even interdimensional.   I noticed a repetition of images that would come in to my view.  Coincidence is common, but I'll be a bag of wet mice if a narrative wasn't being spelled out to me through randomly placed images.  I've pointed this out to many experts and although not confirming my theory, have led me to believe that I have advanced perceptual skills.  My Diagnosis of Prosopagnosia, Scotopic sensitivity syndrome, and Monothematic delusion, confirms that I have special powers of perception that are focused through my unique inability to see color or adequately hear auditory tonal variations in pitch, and have allowed me to see through the fog of misinformation.  The evidence I present to you, has be accumulated over the years I have spent piecing this far reaching conspiracy together.
