Monumental baby head's will soon litter the land.
The D.A.J. (Department of Aesthetic Justice) has just made a ruling under title VIX of the Peace and Tranquility act of 1875; that will make enforceable the placing of large head's over any unsightly blemish upon the land. Fernando Botero's big fat baby head has been used in this example to cover a electric transformer case.
