A condo board would fix this in a jiffy.

Apparently the city Nuremburg had briefly employed Albrect Dürer as a municipal ordinance officer, and the lawn and pond at this property was so flagrantly unkempt, he painted them a picture as proof such a heinous  crime could be committed.

If I was Louis Ritman this would've never been painted.  I would have push her in, then accidentally fell in after, and swam the rest of the day.
