Funky smelling photo.

  I would like to stick my nose in this image just to confirm that it smells as funky as is looks.  If only James Simmons had taken this in smell - O - vision, or maybe I'm better off that he didn't.

Playgrounds used to be way better.

I'm not sure if this still holds true; but when I was a kid, the best playground would've been one with industrial rail yard ambiance.  Not this cutesiefied, pansy kissing, pink cupcake of a playground.

It's a long way to Orbit city

I alway's wondered what Orbit city (the Jetsons home town) looked like from the ground, and Neil Blevins has filled that missing piece in.

Someday I would like to visit this place.

Amish science fiction

There is Steam Punk but, Nikolai Zaitsev must be Steam Amish,  - get it? - ha! 

This place would be a tourist mecca.

If you look closely there are tiny little people with cameras and tour guides with megaphones.  Could it be that Charles Robert Cockerell was a tourist himself, and wished smaller travel distances?
