Happy monkey Elvis day

If a new holiday was to develop, I think we need to incorporate this character as it's Saint.
P.S. who made this?

Poor little Ween

Listening to the Black Keys and the attempt of witticising this Ween gig poster by T-bone & Aljax, is causing a conflicting read of the artwork.  Poor little Ween.

Great Idea's for old toy's

Found this in a Womens's Day article by Kris Kusksi, titled - "Five great ideas for old Christmas toys". My kids didn't get a church for any of the past holiday's, but there was a tank or five.

It's starting to make sense now.

Where Brad Holland dug this up, I'm not sure; but it explains the meager amount of loot acquired on Christmas 1978.

Hobbit's have it so good.

On dark winter days I get nostalgic for the shire, for days spent lollygagging around the hill, and wandering down to the Green Dragon at the end of the day; Tolkien took a photo for me, and I'll always remember it this way.

This guy

This wonderful portrait of our darling hero Coming Home by Michael Kutsche, has restored my faith in the
Human Race Hominid Species.

Trantor for the A.I. sort.

I think Mark J Brady shot some sort of robot, computer, power source combo - out  to orbit a massive star, and this is what it became.

I can't quite place where this is.

Jerry Wayne Downs has made an image of my future.  I will be up in the gear assembly trying to get the thing running with a screwdriver, vise grip, and a near empty can of wd- 40.

Stone man sweats boulders

I can tell what  De Es Schwertberger's stone man is thinking; "I'll stay still and close my eye's and maybe they will go away".

This place would be a tourist mecca.

If you look closely there are tiny little people with cameras and tour guides with megaphones.  Could it be that Charles Robert Cockerell was a tourist himself, and wished smaller travel distances?

So colorful it needs a prescription to view.

If you go to the darkest place, on the darkest night, and pass an intense amount of light through a butterfly's eye - this painting by
Satoshi Sakamoto is what you will see.

Jesus

Ernst Fuchs completed his church of the apocalypse and I'm fairly certain this isn't in it.

I found this growing behind my computer

These trees are really hard to get started, but once you do, they'll take over.  The propagation procedure will not be found in most horticultural encyclopedia's; you'll have'ta ask Matei Apostolescu.

Just some good ole fashion mermaidy sweetened goodness, conjured up by the pastry chef of pigments

I keep looking for a key board

RENAISSANCE by Theo Kamecke
My old analog organ should morph into this astounding work by Theo Kamecke. I just looked out in the garage ( where it's kept) and no such luck.

I think this chick and Vlad Lenin are an item

Usually I make some sort of sub-witty remark, but with this I will give some history. I was searching for a soviet sculpture head dump,  and on the first page of the the image search was Olga and a Big head of Vlad Lenin.  The photography isn't particularly good, so I cropped it and tuned up the image. But the image it's self is gold.
