Stone man sweats boulders

I can tell what  De Es Schwertberger's stone man is thinking; "I'll stay still and close my eye's and maybe they will go away". 

This place would be a tourist mecca.

If you look closely there are tiny little people with cameras and tour guides with megaphones.  Could it be that Charles Robert Cockerell was a tourist himself, and wished smaller travel distances?

I think they're having a problem.
